We are seeking unaffiliated, original work that is strong enough to be promoted as a "stable" of original artists. What we can offer is space on this site to individually promote artists and the means to sell your work on iTunes and Amazon mp3 via SongCastMusic.com Submit Your Work There are only a couple of conditions for submitting your work to this site. 1. Clean Cuts. In this day and age of digital tracks, computer studios and software FX, a little dedication is all that is needed to record low-noise, high quality cuts. 2. Good Stuff. Purely a subjective call on the part of ByteCandy.Com. Any genre is ok, but please go easy on the language. 3. Click the Submit Work button. Add some comments and links to mp3's. That's it! If we like your stuff we will create a space for you here on ByteCandy.Com 4. If you want to make your work available on iTunes and Amazon mp3, there is a one-time cost of thirty dollars per CD ( single or "album"). Twenty of this goes to SongCastMusic.com who takes care of the details. ByteCandy.com is picking up the SongCastMusic subscription. What's The Point of ByteCandy.com? We simply want to garner a limited number of high quality, independent musicians, and feature and sell their work. Enough artists to make it worth a visit, but not so many that the individual artists are "buried". We are musicians first. We can save you some time and effort, give you a forum for promoting your work and for our own ambitions, eventually acquire a "hit count" high enough to sell link advertising as well as our own work. Eventually, I will acquire a huge yacht with an all-girl crew and forsake all those who helped me succeed, but that is some time off, i'm guessing We dont know what the hell we are doing...... ByteCandy.com is owned and operated by Bill Michalek. I am an engineer ( no, not the kind that drives trains...) and a musician. I have some business savvy from years of running a consulting business but have little idea how to promote original artists ( including my own original work as WoodMouse ) Nonetheless, I am competent, industrious and trustworthy and I intend to try.
